Up To Half Of Americans Say Pandemic Has A ‘Serious Impact’ On Their Mental Health
More than one-third to one-half of Americans are experiencing mental health declines due to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak, according to two recent polls. One poll was sponsored by the American Psychiatric Association (APA). About 36% of respondents said COVID-19 is having a serious impact on their mental health, and 59% said COVID-19 is having a serious impact on their daily lives.
