Nursing professionals play an important role in the treatment of people with depression and other mental illnesses. Aside from providing clinical services for both physical and mental well being, nurses are in a key position to offer hope to individuals with mental illness.

During part three of this four part interview, Carol Kivler, an author and founder of Courageous Recovery, Inc., a nonprofit that advocates for mental illness recovery, will provide her perspective on how nursing professionals, often at the forefront of healthcare, can enrich and enhance the lives of depressed individuals, their families, and friends.
