Federal Judge Strikes Down DOL Restrictions On Which Workers Can Access The Federal COVID-19 Paid Leave Program
On August 2, 2020, a federal judge struck down Department of Labor (DOL) restrictions on whether health care employees are eligible for the paid sick and family leave program established by provisions of Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).
