A Virtual Live Event for PsychU members in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.

The presenter will discuss the history of psychedelics in therapeutic approaches with a primary focus on psilocybin. He will also review the neurobiology of psychedelics and the role of 5-HT2A receptors, review the results of recently published findings, and discuss the challenges associated with psychedelic-assisted therapies.
