Description: Medication-related problems cost the United States $290 billion per year in avoidable medical spending. In this virtual forum, Terry McInnis, MD and Steven Chen, PharmD will define and discuss the importance of Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM), explore the value of CMM, and describe what a CMM practice looks like and how it is implemented and sustained. The virtual forum will conclude with time for questions from the audience.
