Clinicians managing patients with behavioral health issues are presented with various diagnostic and treatment challenges, spanning the areas of neurobiology, adherence, safety, and medication tolerability. Currently available pharmacotherapeutic, psychotherapeutic, and combination therapies often provide inadequate or only partial responses, leaving patients with a host of residual symptoms.
