Virtual Forum: Avoiding Burnout: Learning To Live & Work Well In Health Care

Location: Online Via PsychU.org

Description:
Health care professionals involved in the care of patients with mental health issues, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and others, are under an escalating amount of stress. This stress stems from factors such as increased patient load, decreased time per patient, staffing shortages, and a host of other challenges often leads to a cycle of fatigue and potential burnout.

Join speakers Madhukar Trivedi, MD, and Gaurava Agarwal, MD, as they dive deeper into the issues and have a practical discussion on strategies to avoid burnout in pursuit of living and working well within the health care system.

Speakers are paid consultants for Otsuka Pharmaceutical Development & Commercialization, Inc.
